@chumpchkin Thank You...lol, don't worry...I move at a slow pace...partly due to age...and just being busy with work and family. I try to keep it fun and low pressure...I'm not really interested in competing, so it is mainly for exercise and socializing.../Joel Lessing

@Milpower Thanks! I'm an exercise junkie, actually. Love bike riding in the summer (30 mile rides!) a little bit of weight machines, and treadmilling. I just got some of the weight bands and use them on the pole for upper body and shoulder strengthening. Next week, I am trying out an aerial arts class for old folks, lol! (silks, rope, etc....)
