  • great watch interested in buying.

how do you tell if the battery charged fully and how do you tell if the watch successfully synced, i own a pathfinder paw1500gb-1 so i am familiar with the multiband atomic timekeeping

  • @enjoiorange The manual indicates that, if the battery is low on power, the second hand will start skipping than following by stopping movment. The battery will keep time for couple of months. For time sync, you can press the "D" button (lower right one). the second will move to 'Y" if it sync successfully.

  • It is indeed assembled in Thailand. I think you should be able to see it in the video. The EQW-M1100 uses Japanese movement and "cased" in Thailand. The ion platiing on the bracelet can come off when you rest your wrist on it for long time period (like typing keyboard). The IP on the case is nice and very durable, though.

  • how does 1/100th and 1/1000th seconds work? I saw the video, i just don't understand

  • The white marker on the left disk will point to 1/100 digit (on the lower side of the dial) and 1/1000 digit (on the upper side) upon stoppage. It is shown at ~2:44 of this video.

  • Can you do a video like this for the GW-3000-BD? :)

  • I have the identical watch in stainless steel with a black ion coated bezel; EDIFICE EQS-1100. It even looks like a retro Rolex Explorer I. BTW, your photography is very, very good! I have a mini-review of my Casio Edifice on my channel.

  • Dude, the music sux !

  • Very interested in buying this watch. If you don't mind, I have some quick questions.

does the atomic clock feature also set the date?

I have large hands and wrists. what is the largest band circumference?

  • @enjoiorange It will attempt to calibrate itself 6 times during the night - if its successful you can check as hsinhow has detailed if the radio transmission was successful or not. You can also set it manually.

  • @Alkalidodo You may have to set it manually as Radio Wave 6 is only for the areas as the video shows: North America, Europe (2 stations), China, Japan (2 stations). After you set it, it will automatically, calculate from its time origins, the time table for other nations. I own one, and I can tell you its a great feature, especially if you are too lazy.

  • I am writing from Nigeria and want to buy but i need to know can it sync Atomic time keeping or do i have to set manually? Thanks.
