Can you tell me, is there a differential on both axles? and is this without airtank or with?

I just ordered this set for $150, I really look forward, in fact this will be my first Lego technic set ever ! My plan is to update it with airtank (after i get one), because as i see you must keep pumping for almost every piston movement. This set is very interesting to me - lot of pistons here. After get it i am going to post my opinions here :)
