What poor sound. I did hear mr Ray Davies like this a couple of times playing demo versions of his and old KIMKS numbers. Really miss that unique background sing of Dave Davies, and MR. Dave Davies unige guitarplaying. God bless the Kinks

This was about the time he got shot chasing a mugger in New Orleans. He was hospitalized in a public hospital with alcoholics and funeral marching bands playing outside. Strange, but real, just like Ray!

Love Ya Ray. But your getting a might strange in your old age. Writing songs that make absolutely no sense actually makes sense with your sense of humor though. Especially when you know that no one gets it, but they like to pretend they do.

I don't see what is supposed to be wrong with it. I think they sound great. It's not as festive as the recorded version, but it still sounds excellent played this way.
