  • You made a comment about flushing the first few minutes of rain water from the tile roof to remove the pollution that settled on the roof. Is this a concern on tile as the same pollution that settled on the roof also settled on the plants and soil you will be watering?

  • @JunkMale57 It has more to do with surface area. You are basically rinsing off a large area of pollutants into your water collection. This isn't so much the case with the plants themselves since their surface area is small. HTH!
