@Twilight7399 i havent made it yet , but i would just use basic liner , is that what you mean.. ?lol
for the top i'll probs use tulle and for the bottom cake casing maybe silver material or a fun colour ..
mine would be more of a dress than the one she made..

I'm gonna make a cuppcake costume!!!!! I was gonna buy it, but due to the very poor quality I am going to make one myself! :D
