Born of Osiris cover song on my new Ernie Ball Music Man JPXI
I saw BOO at the Louisville show of the All Stars Tour on July 26 and got a guitar lesson from Lee McKinney.. It was an awesome experience and all of the guys in the band are really cool dudes!

  • Holy fuck.

  • @AuningProductions Hope that was meant in a good way lol... Hey aren't you the maker of those hilarious Periphery vids?!?

  • Damn true BOO fan right there my man playing lees and jasons guitar haha that's awesome after I saw them playing that it has also become my dream guitar! I've played the 6 string version at guitar center and it was amazing and I'm sure the 7 string sounds insane! How much did you purchase that for? The 6 string was $2400!

  • @C4RPETFR3SH Thanks dude. Believe it or not, I got this guitar without even knowing Lee had the exact same one. I had wanted an EBMM JP guitar for a long time because all of my favorite guitarists were using them, like AJ Minnette, Lee and Jason, Misha Mansoor, and Petrucci of course. But yeah it sounds amazing. It was around the $2600 range

  • dude sick cover. only video up on here that actually does those flutters and dip correctly. im interested in how that jp7 hold its tuning? o.O im literally stumped its not a floyd it looks like a vintage trem set. any insight?

  • @MrPH03N1X666 Thanks, it's actually a JPXI not a JP7, the bridge is a Piezo floating trem. It's somewhat similar to a floyd rose. It has locking tuners on the actual tuning pegs which makes it stay in tune really well. The trem/bridge is not as.. say, flexible, as a floyd but it's a floating bridge that goes up and down and doesnt mess up your tuning. You can check out music-man's website for all the specs and stuff. Hope I helped a little!

  • Nailed it like a Boss!!

  • You got that lead whammy part spot on man, this is one of the best covers on the tube! Great!

  • @C4RPETFR3SH that made absolutely no sense, if somene bought this guitar because of the guitarists in BOO then they are fucking retarded. People buy the guitar because of John Petrucci dude..
