lol no i aint trollin, things def are the way they are because of science, and it can do wonderful things, but mathematics and science are only as strong as the intellect of the people who apply them. i mean, you can have incorrect scientists, no? but i just want to make sure, you do understand that 'facts' are independent from 'science' and that facts are merely discovered through scientific study, correct?

@cdzuber science is unreliable? are u fucking kidding me hahahahaha. science is the most reliable thing there is besides math, yes there are stages of science that arent reliable but without further scientific study those things would never change and be corrected. also the people who thought the world was flat wernt using science at all. and sorry but wrong again things are the way they are now becuase of science, without it we would be back to the stone age. you make no sense, you trollin?

@ChrisLikesBass well i was just using global warming as an example of how unrealiable science is. the point is i disagree with your idea of facts. there are facts without science because the world was round long before people thought it was. things are the way they are whether people choose to explore it or not.

@cdzuber i never said global warming was a fact and i think the scientific community agrees on that, seeing as like u pointed out there are some who disagree and some that agree. therefor not fact, so why are u trying to prove that global warming isnt a fact when its already not? and of course science isnt always right, but without science there is no facts. so what is the point of your comment?

@ChrisLikesBass wrong, science itself isn't fact. there's been plenty of science that has been disproved. facts are testable data that produce reliable, reproducible results. one example of faulty science is global warming which is on the brink of collapse - look up the recent letter by signed by 16 scientists in the wsj concerning global warming and also, and most importantly, michael crichton's lecture at caltech concerning the matter of consensus not being science. btw he was an evolutionist

Genetics influences embryology, which influences anatomy. The three are not independent from one another.

ERVs and biogeography are better examples.

@ChrisLikesBass hey actually im not christian nor am i a "creationist" im just someone who's trying to educate themselves and the evidences for evolution are really vague so far to me but im going to continue studying... thanks
