http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - Here is a 20 minute in-season strength workout we did after a long practice. The goal was to get the team in and out quickly... but effectively work their entire body (starting with the ankles/feet). While not all of our in-season lifts are this short, we do emphasize quality over quantity during the season!

  • @firma1989utransuje Like any high school team, some of these guys eat 'better' than others... but they have all been given info on what they should be eating...

  • @BallaBaby3score There is no 'right' answer... do what works for you!

  • Also is there a specific time when someone should workout? Is morning better than evening, and say I did an hour workout on one of your strength vids, would practicing my basketball skills after that for like 7 hours harm the work I did in the morning workout?

  • Is running hills good for improving fast muscle fibers? Do you have any videos that focus on speed, and building leg muscle?
