Also is there a specific time when someone should workout? Is morning better than evening, and say I did an hour workout on one of your strength vids, would practicing my basketball skills after that for like 7 hours harm the work I did in the morning workout?

Hi coach. I am 15 year old guy from Europe.I am 6 foot 6 inches high , and like 165 lbs. Shound I lift weights or i should do just bodyweight workouts ? And one more question,can weight lifting affect on my grow ? #workhard
