I heard this sound when i was leaving work a few weekends ago in january. It was bizarre. All the decorations and plates and dishes in the kitchens were shaking. Went out side looked around and the sound disappeared.

the clip@ 9.20 says it is in europe, but another video i saw has the same clip but it says its in edmonton canada!

@mistresspinch The original post was from Odessa, Ukraine. Was part of Russia till they fell in 1990 or so. Doesn't look like Canada to me. I've no political affiliations just want to post TRUTH. You have to put in the yt part before this part:
