So yeah, embrace my bizarre screaming. ^^; The recipe didn't come up exact as I wanted because my brother comandeered making the chili, so I couldn't make it what I exactly wanted and me burning myself didn't really motivate me to try cooking.
I'll leave my roasted potato recipe instead here.
2 lbs of Potatoes, cleaned and diced into 3/4th-1 inch chunks.
Olive Oil, enough to coat the potatoes.
1 tsp each of Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic Powder and Oregano.
1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.
2. Add potatoes to 12 inch baking dish.
3. Mix in enough oil to coat the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle herbs and seasonings across all the potatoes and mix with hands.
5. Place in the oven.
6. Roast for 50 minutes, but be sure to mix them with a spatula every 12-13 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
