@ringadinger lighten up dude - you can't see the forest for the trees...the intention of posting a youtube videos NEVER has been to "woo" the viewers with stellar camerawork, sound quality, etc. OBVIOUSLY the individual posting this video is simply wanting to share a very fond memory of a very cool event, a TBDBITL skull session and the Navy hymn being played...and if I must say, I enjoyed it...I learn something from viewing such videos, but also reading the comments like MarlbmanOH's comment
I hate to sound negative, but I think there ought to be SOME reason to post a video... like, hold the camera steady, or don't film where people are going to walk in front of you, or provide consistent audible sound, or correctly identify the music. This is so like the worst video on all of YouTube! Somebody, try again!

That's actually the U.S. Navy's hymn. OSU's marching band grew out of the Navy ROTC band which is why they play it.
