Vuka! Awards Assignment

Vuka Awards is an annual competition where students and professionals create public service announcements for charities and NGO's. The winners and top contenders get aired by MNET and DSTV as free PSA's, as well as receiving a prestigious Vuka Award.
This brief was a group assignment involving the 2nd year Visual Communicators and Copywriters split into mixed groups of 8. For the brief we simply had to create a Vuka entry for an NGO of our choice. Our group chose the Mineseeker Foundation, who help communities affected by landmines.
The concept of the ad is pretty straight forward, most people watching the advert don't have to live with the fear of standing on a landmine everyday.
