@APO6 i love how people are complaining about the car, when obviously this was the driver mod that won.
-
the guy in the 8 didn't stand a chance against kumakubo.

im lucky enough to own both cars atm....97 WRX worked off its nuts and a 2004 RX8
although my wrx is faster, the power delivery is quite brutal!! one minute off then all of a sudden your head is in the seat and you cant push it forward....
handling wise id say the RX8 > the old 97 Wrx i have purely because it is more refined and simply LOVES to turn in where as my old rexy will understeer so bad u need to slow down to make the turn and it doesnt have a good balance.

Yes, but most likely, they converted it to RWD as it's a LOT harder to break loose an AWD without ASS LOADS of power on dry ground. It would be a lot easier to convert it to RWD.

wow you guys need to do a bit of reading before you decide to lend your incompetent thoughts. drifting isnt just a lsd rear end and rwd. an awd car can drift too, there is just a different techique to initiate the drift. inertia and gearing can make or break what a drift is. read up on it
-
obviously.
i'm sure all of us know that you have to convert evo's from awd to rwd if you want to drift.
-
evo 9 isn't qualified to drift unless u convert it to rear wheel drive
-
yup i admit rx7 and s15 the best for drifting
but that car is monster so powerfully
just medium car is evo 8 and 9 alrite...
-
its not the best for drifting. the s15 and rx7 are better!!! lol
lol rx8's slow on acceleration? maybe from 0-15 kmp but once u get a rotor spinning higher than about 4k rpm ur gone lol
