Emily Experimenting with the Microsoft LifeCam HD-6000 special effects

Purchased an external webcam for my laptop. Decided on the Microsoft LifeCam HD-6000 over the HD-5000. (The HD-6000 has a clip and is designed for laptops whereas the HD-5000 is basically the same camera, just designed to fit better on desktops.) The software included is easy to install and use, and it comes with a few cute special effects shown in this video. Currently $69 at Office Depot, (HD-5000 is $45 at Walmart) - I expect the price of these cameras to drop as competition creeps in. They are good for Skyping too. Though it is not currently offered, word has it that Skype and similar applications are on the verge offering their services in high difinition. That should really enhance video calling.
