that is what makes k1 "fair" no more than one strike in the clinch. it levels the field for thai and kickboxers alike.
Thai you are allowed to clinch as long as you want.
kickboxing is no clinch at all
K1 meets in the middle to prove who is the best striker in the world from multiple formats!
if there was as many strikes as you want in the clinch it would not be k1 it would be mauy thai boxing.
