David Widaski, owner of the Douglasville Retail Meat and Smokehouse in 30135 (20 minutes from Atlanta) offers hickory, mesquite, alderwood, pecan, apple and other wood chips for grill and smoker cooking and shares some tips on wood selection, smoking and sausage / jerky making. Chips can be shipped nationally, along with beef and venison jerky.
