VOTE for 1st Utubia Prime Minister until Feb.1 ~
for 1st Utubia Prime Minister is now open to anybody, not only the Officers. Please spread the word around! VOTE Jan25-Feb.1 OFFICIAL video for Nominations & Voting: Jan17-Jan25 approval of candidates, Jan25-Feb1 Campaigning and Officers Voting, After Feb2 Winner announced.

Process: The public is invited to support and campaign for any Candidate. anybody on YT may nominate a channel for Prime Minister.

yoUtubia Officers can then approve any or all of these. Between Jan17-Jan25, the pool of approved candidates is established.

Then the Prime Minister will be selected by the Officers/General Assembly through discussion and voting between Jan25-Feb1. This video is also for Officers to post votes. The public may "vote", but those will not go towards the official count (this is now changed VOTING IS OPEN TO ALL).

Result TBA after FEB 2. Now that's high-speed democracy!

The Prime Minister has a different function from the President. It will create a balance of power and responsibility.
