HALO 3 UNSC SPARTAN ACHIEVEMENT PROBLEM SOLVED!

I just found out why people are not able to get the UNSC Spartan Achievement and Mk. V helmet in Halo 3!

wait wait its says to get the achievment i have to reach officer in the ranks online ok i has officer badge but i still has no achievenent wat do i do
