I like 秋的豐收, 春的萌芽, 冬的寂靜 and 優勢 the most.

And I think in order for the music 威風 to occur during gameplay, the number of army that you sent must be heavily outnumbered by enemy forces when you have over 10 or more cities, not sure though.

Yes, there is a prerequisite for it to play just like what you described. I remember that it's like the player's forces should be over 100,000 in number.
