I used to work for them and can tell you that when this bus was fitted with blinds it used to take a lot of time and tired arms to rotate them between Northallerton and Richmond as it used to do some of the old Arriva runs and those destinations were included when it first came to us. Not sure if this is reason why they changed the screen but it would gave made life easier with drivers not having to go through changing screens and going through destinations no longer used.
