Frequency555.com: Equilibrium Pilates

Brie Adina Neff invited Dana Lagomarsino and John Shimkus of Frequency555.com into her pilates studio, Equilibrium, located at 2nd and South St. in Philadelphia, PA. She has worked closely with world-renowned Pilates expert Romana Kryzanowska and daughter Sari Mejia Santo. Brie Neff is featured in several magazines, journals, websites, television, and radio, and she has received several awards such as "Best Fitness Instructor" from the Philadelphia Weekly ICON Award in 2009. She is dedicated to teaching Romana Pilates at it's purest, and continues the philosophy by guiding apprentices such as Emily to become certified Romana Pilates Instructors. Being a dancer herself, Brie incorporates her understanding of the body, balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility into her training, teaching, and mentoring.
