This is for the music only. I had to put something up for video, so I put the lyrics up because I think they're very poignant, especially if you've ever battled depression.

  • IMHO, ever their weakest songs are utterly listenable. Why? Because of that voice, that voice, MY GOD THAT VOICE !

  • Thanks for posting this. New song I had not heard. One of their best IMHO. So hard to fit all their best onto three albums. Hopefully with their kid(s) getting older they will get back into the studio sometime soon. Their absence is a huge loss to music. One of the true class bands out of the UK in the last 25 years. They couldn't write a bad song if they tried. Every tune is a gem. Harriet is what God sounds like when he answers our prayers.

  • This song made me cry..... I LOVE IT! :))

  • @texasgabe but i do believe, by far, this is NOT one of their weakest.

  • I can't thank you enough. I've been a fan of theirs for over 20 years but just now took the time to track down all their unreleased/B-sides. Of the eight songs I got, this is by far my favorite - gave me chills. I created a playlist - it's on my channel if you're interested.

  • this is a very beautiful song and the lyrics speak to me a lot....!

  • I will be soaring like a bird.....

  • wow. never saw the lyrics to this before. the b-sides to S&S were the darkest The Sundays did....this one is really good....

  • Very hearttouching...

  • @asenseofhate oh collector huh? I was just going to say Cry is on their 1997 album before they went on hiatus

  • @paulystew100 'fraid not my friend.

  • @asenseofhate Do you possibly live in the UK????
