  • Thanks for watching and commenting. I am very sympathetic to the argument, and in fact have a "Prosecute George W. Bush for Murder" bumpersticker on my car. As a former prosecutor and defense attorney, however, I figure folks are entitled to a realistic view of the prospects.

  • Mr Bush will have to call on his witnesses, the inner circle, and their stories won´t match under cross-examination. The evidence for B´s motives were laid out in the book, and would be necessary and sufficient. Mr Bush will be prosecuted and awarded the highest sentence for murder.

  • Thanks for your in put and I look forward to hearing how you are supporting the movement against the lies that the administration used to manipulate the public thinking.

  • Less succinct than part 1, but still well stated. Fortunately, there are still things for which W might more reasonably be considered liable for prosecution like "war crimes" (torture and an illegal war under UN treaty) and "conspiracy to wiretap without a court order" (large number of cases).

Yeah, I doubt he'll ever see the inside of a cell, but there's still a chance.
