  • Chef I just made this, I didnt use tamarind and fish sauce, I checked Fred Meyer and Grocery Outlet but they didnt have one. BUT IT TASTES SOOOO GOOODDD!!! I used chicken and tomatoes + parsley for garnishing instead of coriander leaves and I used Lemon instead of Lime.... LOVE THIS CHEFFF!!!

  • @williamtj21

Well done and it's really nice to hear that you enjoyed the dish. It's always nice to hear when others have put their own twist on the recipe. Good idea with the chicken.

Thanks for the before and after comment and glad it tasted good for you :)

  • That looks delicious, I'm drooling watching this. Gonna make this, but just with a bag of prawns instead, I can't be bothered to go and get the fish! Think I might just add one tin of coconut milk, just because I like a thicker sauce. Thanks for inspiring me again. I've just made the Victoria sponge cake you did by the way. Turned out lovely.

Haddock is nice, a slightly stonger flavour than cod. I like both :)
