Yes please.. Scottish independence!

I no longer want to pay my taxes to this useless country anymore! I no longer want London to be bailing out Scottish banks.

And yes, let Scotland have their Oil, it's running out anyway.. and let (Alex Salmonds words) Scotland be as successful as Ireland and Iceland.. Which is probable.

Independence for England, let Scotland suffer, let them fall, go bankrupt.... but NEVER let this insignificant country back in or bail them out again.

@maccyjames64 england has westminster which has powers in scotland wales and N ireland so basicly london has powers in scotland typical power hungry englishman is westminster . Independence would help scotland a lot by having a leader and parliament the scots want no more david cameron type cuts . Wales can afford Independence saying a country can not is racist . The scottish people can have more powers of control and better control of there resources with independence

@MrScottishJamie Ok, can i just point out three things:

1. N. Ireland would never be independent, its politics is centered around whether it joins the Republic of Ireland or remains in the UK.

2. Wales can't afford independence.

3. England doesn't have a parliament.

I personally think breaking up such an old and successful union just for the sake of it would be a shame but if you disagree that's fair enough.
