my smithing is 100 and I can only make my nightingale armour flawless. I have a set of dragon scale armor as legendary does that not allow me to make it legendary?

100 smithing + blacksmiths draught (30%) and some of my gear only goes to Flawless, some Legendary, no idea why..

How many times do we allow to upgrade? I upgraded my Ebony armor so it is legendary. Can I upgrade again? Thanks.

Hello , i hava smithing on lv 91 and i can make deadric armor , but i use blades armor , helmet , shield , boots and gauntlets on Exquisite , can i make them legendary and how , please help me

@dvssniperdvs yes I think u need 1 hundred smithing the higher ur smithing the more u can upgrade

I found out how to make you armour and weaons legendary. You have to be smithing lvl 91, and have the deadric perk, nothin' more. If it doesn't work with these things already fixed, take the blacksmiths draught potion. Like so everyone can see!
