So my interpretation is:

He's invited to her wedding. Due to certain circumstances in the past, he let her go. Now he horribly regrets the decision, as he sits at her Wedding, but to him, it's a Funeral, because it's the death of him to watch the love of his life getting married off to someone else

Beautiful song. It fits the two wildly different scenarios and  makes you just say, "Wow." He takes them and makes them one, and they're still plausible. Funeral or wedding day, both would work... What a beautiful, beautiful song. And his voice is amazing. I love this man.

i am. were you and your friend talking a lot to envy on the coast? cause i remember 2 girls from montreal talking to them. but then again there were a lot of people from out of town there for that show..it was really disappointing i couldn't wait for that show
