With everyone anxious to leave work and head off for the holidays, Dave finds himself doing everyone's job which delays his trip home to his parents with Lisa. Meanwhile, Bill recruits Beth for a radio ad only to discover the director wants her and not him.

The ad in the episode makes no sense, an ad company would have had a Christmas ad recorded weeks in advance, not think of it the day before Christmas eve(very little chance for it to take effect, or even be put in a stations ad rotation). Other than that, great episode.

Beth has the most beautiful butt of all time her body is perfect! I used to channel surf when this show was on and never watched a whole episode because I couldn't comprehend the humor back then. now I get it and I love this show & I still love to look at Beth! I'm trying to keep my comments about her looks decent for the sake of the women veiwers but it's so hard to keep from raving about how sexy she is and how bad she turns me on!
