The great song written by Buster Carter, and made famous by Bill Monroe; played everywhere as long as I can remember . I am playing in DGDGBD at the second fret ( A) on a Gibson L00 bluesking.

  • Great rendition Guy! This is actually a song written by Buster Carter, a person who didn't get much recognition but one who fits in prominently toward the development of blue grass music. I'm pleased that I am the first one to give you a rating on this number, A+++.

    Thanks, Richard

  • Hey Richard thanks for the heads up on who wrote this .. All these years playing it and I never had an idea. People always mention Bill Monroe with it right away . Was Buster part of the famous Carter family ?? All the best , Guy
