The requests from the customers get more complex every day. They want to have their goods delivered fast and in a timely manner. When we started to roll out Same Time to the three pilot branches we discovered that the users were very positive about this application. They adapted to the software very easily and we had nearly a hundred percent positive feedback from the users and they said for example they had a case where a shipment to a customer was in danger of not being delivered in time, so the colleague from Hanover sent it to the colleague in Colon and then they got the shipment delivered in time.
