This argument coincides with a strong El Nino in 1998 which skews the data from an outlier start point. It is a trick with statistical data designed to fool people.

If I had a degree in science and needed money, where would I get it? Studying the affect snowfall has on the great plains toad, or studying how global warming is endangering the great plains toad? WHO HAS THE AGENDA?

using one single snowstorm to infer the state of the global climate would be as silly as one heatwave, wildfire, or photo of a polar bear taking a dip that is usually presented as utter proof of catastrophic global warming!
Dozens of manitees dying directly from cold, can you imagine the uproar if it were from heat? How many would be dying without all this global warming + El Nino?

I hope you don't honestly think one big snow constitutes a refutation of AGW.
