@h2ostek I will add a part 5. The only things left of substance are the horizontal navigation and the print version CSS. I've already got tutorial vids on both of those topics.

@angela21215 I've added a link to the video description so you can get the original starting files (minus videos) and the directions. I sized some of the images just so they would fit in the space. And, I sized only the width or height (not both) to keep the proportions. For instance, my left column was 240 pixels wide so I sized the advertisement to about 210 pixels wide.
