Don't know if anyone can answer this - but why not ink digitally? You can can many nice brushes that simulate real brush and ink strokes... was just curious why they still do it the traditional way with real ink?

@locomangoze Response from Scott: "Some people do ink digitally now. Various reasons not to: First, there is no original art to sell if all art is done digitally. Second, the computer simulates traditional tools, if you already know how to use the real tools, why bother with a simulation. Third, the computer is used mostly to speed up a process. I can ink traditionally faster than doing it on computer."

you can see in this he is a bit tired of peole thinking inkers cant draw and are tracers lol, in reality a good inker can transform a page. wish tim bradstreet still inked...he was very good.
