Hydra Blast!4 is the sequel (or trilogy?) of the Hydra Blast! franchise. After many years of conflict within the world over oil, countries no longer feared the use of weapons of mass destruction to get what they want. The United States military was almost depleted because of the war on terror and had no way of defending themselves from foreign and domestic enemies. The struggle for survival continues and true heros shall rise...
