Here's an easier way to get your hair slicked down before flat ironing it. When your hair is wet get moose and smooth down all the hair the way you want it to lie. Once that dries proceed to flight iron it.

love you with short hair. If you want your sides to be super flat without having to go back through with your flat iron tie it down with a scarf while you finish getting ready. Spritz with hair spray before you go & everything should stay put.

@jada472 I don't wrap my hair because I can never figure out a way to keep the scarf on my head since I apparently sleep too wild! lol No matter which wrapping technique I try, it's ruined by the time I wake up!
