Agent Provocateur is a European term, in the United States has come to mean to be provocative--but not necessarily illegal, likely sexual. Red Police that originates in Chicago and the Haymarket Riot has that Agent Provocateur double agent meaning; as the terrible powers of government would play headgames with people, for their own purposes, in the condemning action that to respond is illegal violence against the police; including handing out maps in NYC of how to commit a bank robbery.

ah! That's why I think Protest Parades would be better than a boring march. You see, you get the permission for a parade, so traffic is not disturbed, that really makes people mad (counter productive). And with parades, there are the floats, and it gives artist to make something impressive...throw candy...and pretty soon cities will want the Protest Parade...it's good for business.
