I think I saw this version at Wal-Mart. I almost got it but was afraid that it might not be for beginners. I have been doing a lot of walking on my own though for the last month. I was walking a quarter of a mile every day and made it up to 2 mles a day for the last week.

This is a great start to getting in shape, though the Boot Camp section on this video is really kicking my butt. That's a good thing.
