These photos are from my Father's collection. He flew for Sikorsky in the late 1940's. He looped the first helicopter and set and International speed record of 129.62 mph the same year.
How many times do we come across old family photos and wonder who is in them, long after our dear departed are no longer around to tell us and we were too young or silly to pay attention when they were.
Thats what they looked like, pretty cool.
