In 1996 Obama and a team of lawyers eliminated all his rivals from the ballot including incumbent Alice Palmer - allowing him to run unopposed.

Obama filed objections to all four of his Democratic rivals. He was the first one to ever do so.

@Chrthom92 Nobody stole the 2000 and 2004 elections. In 2000 the democrats kept counting ballots that were not correct but the Supreme court stopped the senseless counting. And Florida went for Bush with about 500 plus votes. If anything the dems cheated as they like to drag up discounted ballots and dead people's votes. Also in 2004 Bush won with almost 4 million votes and carried Ohio with about 95,000 votes so get over it you liar.
