  • i've personally thought about getting an electric one, cuz my family can't deal with the noise of a real one, i havn't due to the whole money thing, but electric is just fine in my book

  • There is nothing wrong with an electric drum kit. In fact it's better playing on a variety of kits. I'm an intimidate drummer going to professional and I just recorded my first song on an electric and it's surprising how many imperfections your drumming has. Nothing major, just like base drum ghosting that on an acoustic kit, you would never notice. Considering that it is easier to use an electric kit for recording, I'd say flexibility in terms of electric and acoustic kits is a must.

  • i agree with u entirely about the "when you can play it" thing. But i've had both and honestly, and electric kit could never ever match the feel of a real kit. They still get the job done though

  • regardless whether his kit is acoustic or electric, as long as he can play, it should be on anything he chooses. Tbh, even though my kit is acoustic, i can only play it til' a certain time and i have to stop, whereas IF i had an electric kit, i could play the night away, so i would prefer an electric one.

  • dude get a real drumkit

  • nice job!!! i have that drumset!!!^^

  • If you'd focus on recording only the drums and listen to the song on a MP3-player while you're playing then you can use every kind of movie-program on your computer afterwards to add the music.

That way, both song quality will increase + you will hear the drums more clearly in the video.

    Anyways, good job!

  • tracks a bit load, would like to hear more of you
