This is crazy! If technology today is so advanced then why can't they build a hybrid with 50+mpg.
My cell phone, iPod is/are more powerful than personal computers ten years ago then why can't they build a car that runs 50, 70 or even 100mpg's?
Maybe "they" is a bullshitting organization. I call for a new organization.

I'd vote with a Grand Caravan Hybrid... but then again, the Durango is a beast o.O. We used to have one with a V8 Magnum engine. It sucked Gas, yes, but that was on the highway XD. 18 City is darn good to me! We only got 14 Highway with that old thing, but you couldn't kill it, that's for sure!
"You can't tow anything with a Prius..."
Strangely I pictured that attempt in my head... ROFL

The Hybrid Durango and Aspen have been canceled. They won't be produced anymore after December. The plant is closing but they will offer the Hemi Hybrid in the 2010 Dodge Ram...

you wont see a 2010 model as CHRYSLER will be a DEAD company by then.

If you had ever been in a Prius you would know they have room for 4 people easy . I am 6 ft 1 in and 200 pounds and fit with my sister and her 4 year old while my father 6 ft 3 and his wife (fat bitch ) sat up front , it wasn't any more crowded than my Ford Taurus . Even though it looks smaller on the outside , it uses space more effeciently and has about the same room .

Try taking more than 2 people in a Prius and it's a joke. The Prius is good for commutes and getting around, but if you need to haul things or carry 4-8 people comfortably, forget it. I agree, 20mpg isn't all that great, but that will change with newer battery technology.

I love the Durango its great truck but i 100% agree only an asshole would buy a hybrid truck with the exact same mpg
-
Actually hybrids work great , only a dumbass gets a truck hybrid . Prius 45 mpg this piece of shit gets 20 , what a joke and waste of technology .

I AGREE

for those ignorants about hybrid technology..it has been in the market for over 10 years and they have not present any problem as now...however if dodge, nissan, chevy and all the other companies besides honda and toyota in the U.S. want to make hybrid they should start thinking to bid 25 miles per galon as with hondas and toyotas hybrids are in the upper 40's and 50 mpg...
It probably will break down like Dodge's other pieces of crap
