Most people are not even aware that they do not. They assume that since everyone does it, its normal.

  • George Carlin went on about us having privileges opposed to rights... wonder if he stole that bit.

  • only the govenment should own land

  • @EnduringArts

Opps, he talks about allodial titles in the vid... LOL. Should have watched the vid before replying you. But some other states allow "Land Patents" very few but these are similar to allodial titles.

  • @EnduringArts

Some states(very few Nevada/Texas) have "Land Patents" or "Allodial Titles" check it out. For instance George W. Bush really owns his land in an Allodial title.. It's not taxable, and his family can never lose the property. He also has full rights to do whatever he wants, drill for oil, mine for gold, whatever... doesn't need permits or government permission. In the early US days most land was this way. Quite sad how the state can just claim all the land, or the fed gov.

  • Very Good Video ! People need to see all His Videos and learn thier rights ! God Bless him !

  • @EnduringArts , but if you use his logic you don't own your house either. Sure he says in one sentence you do own your house, but then he says if you pay a tax on something then you don't own it. As most people pay house taxes on top of property taxes (sometimes called improvement taxes) they also don't own their house by HIS reasoning.

  • damn it im the only dumbass that thumbed up this video and entered in to a public contract admitting i like this video eeeEEEEe. IM NOT UR SLAVE YOUTUBE !! I WILL NOT LICK UR BOOTS !!

  • Title is a little off, You can own your house you just can't "OWN" the land underneath it.

  • Uh I think the argument on burning down the house might be flawed.Isn't there a law governing the air space,I seem to remember something about that.

  • @badpanda84 your right...i didnt think about that..i guess if you dont wanna live next to that then you have the freedom to MOVE..i do agree with you tho..
