@BoyToob It's a socially-acceptable-hedonism-w­hen-on-vacation/school break "theme", with the added satire of mocking the jolly-hockysticks earnestness of safe-sex, public health campaigns or the built to fail, "abstinence" perspective ("as long as its with someone you really love").

It's a tongue-in-cheek phrase: Book your holiday, visit the sites -- as long as they're commercialized, clubbing and tourist venues, places that you could've visited anywhere in the World.
