Good an informative presentation. You could definitely benefit from the use of a few images to break up the content and, as you say, make it less monotonous. I think you raise a good point in asking whether synchronous interaction is necessary in virtual teamwork, or if asynchronous contact can facilitate the group's needs.

Overall good presentation. I would recommend adding some pictures or maybe some change of slide animation. But overall strong sources of references.
