  • really nice tutorial on this. My main problem is that I cannot pull the knees up close to the chest in that first step the way Daylene does here - and that inability seems to make the rest of the sequences not happen (at least as cleanly as shown here). Any suggestions for how to work on this part. Not sure where the tightness/restriction is coming from. Forward bends are pretty open.

  • @mark55223 I've never done kettlebells so I'm not familiar with that. It sounds like you might need to warm up your wrists a little before trying the movement. Then it also sounds like it might just take more time going through the movements and exercises. It took me five years of working six days a week before the jumping back starting to make sense--it sounds like it's closer for you, but I would keep practicing, keep the faith and keep your wrists flat on the ground ;-)
