You'd be out $100 if you were really betting. Sketchup doesn't support model animation, you can only move the camera. The illusion here is because there isn't really a ground in Sketchup; everything below the XY plane just has a brown background.
That's not quite right .. The ground doesn't move. it is the camera. But when you move the camera under the ground, the ground just dissapears. That's why it looks like it.. But he just moves the camera view around.
