29 affadavits filed 1st day ,Lies Made up by The Then Crown Prosecutor Rita Godin(who has since been fired) and Sonia Auclair,Janique Legacy of CPS,CHILDRENS AID, Kidnapping by cps childrens aid based on false allegations backed up by false affidavits,medical malpractice,false allegation by doctors,nurses false statements of refusal to feed children caught on camera, resulting in physcological and physical damage to children and family. Police (who completley failed to investigate 1st)broke into my home with no warrent or announcement (Using a 5 day emergency placement which was used to keep the children away for 8 months) with evidence based on lies that social workers.Police,doctors and a health nurse manufactured,kidnapping 2 children here and another 3 at school taking them all for medical examination where THEY LOOKED FOR SOMETHING BUT NOTHING could be found wrong ~!~ .Police tried to provoke a incident inside the home in which it was recorded both audio and video. later charging a very distressed mother with evading police in which they are the cause! filming a mother while she breastfeeds her child the counting down the seconds and asking why she fed a certain amount of time,asking a mother if it hurts that her children are not home and do you cry,asking if she hates the person that took her children? YOU SICK FUCKING BITCHES! remember every conversation WAS RECORDED!
According to the Childrens aid own documents in Court the Children were Well Fed,Good Mannered,Clean and Dressed and the social worker was in the home sometimes Bi monthly and then they do this without warning,this was probably done with or for the Bathurst City Police as I am in the process of suing them for torture and various charter rights violations? I believe more lawsuits are in the works for doctors health nurses and social workers for thier parts in tearing a family apart and tramatizing children and family?
NEVER TRUST A COP OR SOCIAL WORKERS OR A FAMILY DOCTOR! N.B. to hire 32 new social workers
