  • hello- are we supposed to be able taste the cilantro and mint? no matter how long i blend it, its white with bits of green - its not green as it seems in yours and i can taste it... what am i doing wrong?

  • @jthibideau It has a lot to do with the grinder/blender you have. The better the grinder, the less specs of green you will see. However, it still should taste good even it is not ground as fine as ours.

  • @jthibideau

Basically the brand does not matter as much as the watts...the greater the watts, the better the grinding.

  • Hi, A big fan of your site ....

I am trying to make this for a party. I need to make 3Qts raita. For this how much coriander, mint etc would I have to use? Your input would be useful!

  • This recipe is for 1 cup so you would need to multiply all the ingredients by 12 to make 3 quarts.
