I have been a long time listener to Show Me Your News! The sound of the show has been coming through my speakers and into my ears since around the beginning of the Roundtable segment. The show's fun and generally laid-back nature made it really enjoyable and often very humorous. I still enjoyed it after the show was no longer about Brawl news and hype. The main thing that has really kept my interest in the show nowadays is the amount of fan participation. The community is awesome, yet a bit small, and Youko does a really great job at connecting with them through live streams, special podcast segments, and even contests such as this one. This is the first event I have ever participated in and I decided to make a little tribute to the show through the use of the Brawl theme. It's a pretty predictable song, but it definitely reflects the show's beginnings as a Super Smash Bros. Brawl podcast. I may not be the greatest singer, but I hope you enjoy the lyrics I wrote. I don't know if I'll win the contest, but this was fun to make and I'm pretty happy with it considering I haven't ever had much experience with audio programs.
